Due to its stunning location on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, Rovinj has become one of the region's most popular tourist destinations. The natural beauty is breathtaking and the town boasts plenty of shops, bars and excellent restaurant serving local, national and international cuisine.
The town's casino also attracts many visitors. Rovinj is linked to the rest of the Croatia by a good network of roads, with railway connections available from Pula, which is situated about 40 km / 25 miles from Rovinj.
