The port of Rovinj is connected to Italy by ferries operated by Venezia Lines. Two sailings per week are offered between Rovinj and Venice on board hi-speed ferries.

The direct crossing time for hi-speed ferries between Rovinj and Venice is approximately 2 hours, 45 minutes while a sailing with an en-route stop in Porec, Pula or Piran will last about 3 hours, 30 minutes.
